More than 65 devotees attended a retreat in Monterrey, Mexico from 12th sept. to 16th. Approximately seven of the attendees were new margiis. The didis initiated six sisters. The margiis also said they were especially pleased to have Dada IK attend.
In addition, Dada Vimaleshananda gave a class. Though the weather was not good for outside activities because of heavy rain the indoor activities like class, akhanda Kiirtan, Dharma cakra and cultural programs were excellent, Dada Shuddha'tma'nanda said.
Everyday there was a three hour kiirtan. At night there was a nine hour kiirtan starting at 11pm and ending at 8 a.m. on the 14th. Also, Didi A. Vibha presented and taught a few Prabhat Samgiita to the attendees. Two L.F.T.s passed the examination and received postings -- Brother Manavendra in Cuernevaca and sister Cetana in Monterrey .
