Local Full Timer training in Guatemala – July 25 till August 30

In the indigenous locality of Xenocoj – Dept. Sacatepeques – Guatemala it is in program a special LFT training open to young male adults (18 to 30 years old).

The goal of the training is to get established in the spiritual and social philosophy of Ananda Marga through study and practical experience in the indigenous village life.

Xenocoj is the municipality where Ananda Maya Diipa master unit is located. Years back a school was started by Dada Abhishuddhananda in cooperation with the local margis. The school is still there with more then 300 students and Viresh that was previously mayor in Xenocoj offered his house for the training to happen.

The training will be conducted by Dada Vimaleshananda in Spanish language. Among the features of the training will be:

· Living in a Mayan town where people speak Cachiquel, one of the 23 recognized Mayan languages.
· Learning practical skills for sustainability in the live environment including soap making from aches and flower cultivation.
· Adapt to a simple life style with early morning start and a busy working and studying schedule.
· Experience Ananda Marga ideology and way of life in its full potential.

The training requires:

- a commitment for the full period of the training.
- previous experience of at least one year with Ananda Marga.
- a desire to serve humanity.
- an open condition for serving for at least one year as an LFT of Ananda Marga after the training if completed succesfully.

Cost of the training is $300 including meals and accomodation but not including transportation. Different arrangements might be considered case by case.
